Ready stock materials are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Custom color or bulk orders may require a lead time of 7 to 14 days for manufacturing and curing.
Transportation is generally arranged on behalf of the customer using third-party logistics. Freight charges are calculated at actuals based on distance and vehicle type (e.g., Tractor Trolley, 6-Wheeler, 10-Wheeler) and must be paid by the customer.
Unless expressly stated in the quotation, the responsibility and cost of unloading the material at the delivery site lie with the customer. Adequate space must be ensured for heavy vehicles to maneuver.
